OUFIT : SKIRTED LEGGINGS IN ACTION

So, I am sure you are wondering how the Motto Jersey Bella Pant (skirted leggings) turned out.  Well let me show you.

jersey cha cha top & jersey bella pant : motto
peep toe boots : rubi

I have already worn the skirted leggings a lot!  They work with a variety of toppers and are brilliant for adding length to a tunic that doesn't provide quite enough coverage.
Today I wore my Motto Jersey Cha Cha top.  The strap feature is attached to the neckline.  It adds a touch of edge and is reminiscent of the effect created by the Helmut Lang Asymmetric Bra.  The top also has a lovely asymmetric hemline that follows the line of the skirt.

I love clothing that does double duty, and depending on styling, these can be worn very casual or dressed up for a special occasion. The fabric is quite transeasonal, however they will have to take a break over 'high' summer.

I will try not to bore you, but be prepared, you may be seeing quite a bit more of these:)

Thanks for dropping by.

OUTFIT : CROSS OVER PANT & MOTTO TOP

My love affair with Motto continues!  I am pleased to share that my skirted leggings arrived and they are everything I had hoped.  Stay tuned and I will share some outfits soon.

In the meantime I have been enjoying this Motto Woolly Crop Bell Top.  Unfortunately it's no longer available in this version but the 'bell top" is a Motto staple and perfect for my body type as it doesn't highlight the bust too much and hides my mummy tummy.

white layer top : suzanne grae
cross over pant : supre
pumps : wittner

The length works equally well with pants or skirts and is the perfect length for these cross over pants, allowing the 'cross over' to remain visible.  The top is long enough to wear without an under layer, but as you know I can't help myself and layered a white top to create some contrast.  Of course the top looks amazing over the skirted leggings too!

Thanks for dropping by.
